Job Description:
- Answer The Phone At The Front Desk To Respond To Current And Prospective Guests’ Needs
- Book Reservations For Individuals, Families And Groups As Required
- Greet Walk-in Guests And Guests With Reservations When They Arrive At The Front Desk
- Schedule Special Services, Such As Spa Treatments, When Guests Inquire
- Refer Guests To Local Amenities And Venues
- Communicate Guests’ Requests And Complaints To The Appropriate Department
Job Requirements:
- Have a minimum of D3 degree in hotel / tourism or equivalent
- Have customer service experiences, in Front Office within the Service Apartment is preferred
- Have a high level of commercial awareness and sales capabilities
- Fluent English for both verbal and written
- Have ability to work on your own and as part of a team
- Have flexibility to respond to a variety of work situations
- Have ability to work under pressure
