Job Description:
- Source Vendor And Develop New Products Based On
Product Development And Merchandising Team Requirements And Brief
- Preview And Identify “Good Standard” Direct
Factory/vendor Sources
- Explain Company Terms And Ensure Full Compliance
With The Vendor Standard
- Expand Or Consolidate Vendor Base When Appropriate
- Price Negotiation And Lead-time Negotiation Along
With Regular Troubleshooting Issues Such As Deliveries And Quality Issues
- Build Up Strong Communication With Regional Sales And Supply Chain Teams
- Assist With Standards Evaluation, Set Up/update Detail Tracking Records For Development And Pre-production Approval, And Sample Arrangement For Testing
- Good Knowledge Candidates Having Experience In
Production, Product Development, Market Trend, Range Development, Analysis,
Sourcing, Buying, And Footwear Merchandising For Sports & Lifestyle Shoes
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's in any major
- Language: Bahasa Indonesia and English. Mandarin
is highly preferred
- Experience: 5+ years of Merchandising/Sourcing
experience in the Footwear Industry
- Experience in Product development, sourcing, negotiation & factory preview
- Familiar with Footwear development cycle/schedule/quality requirement
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
(Word, Excel PowerPoint, and Outlook)
