Job Description:
- Primary Responsibility Is The Management Of
Trucking Maintenance;
- Ensure Preventive Maintenance Productivity And
Fleet Availability;
- Execute Troubleshooting, Inspection, And Damage
Report Analysis Of The Fleet;
- Manage A Team Of Mechanics And The Existing Fleet Maintenance System;
- Provide Leadership On Related Improvements And
Optimization Processes.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or
equivalent from a reputable university
- Minimum 3 years of experience in handling various
kinds of head trucks (250HP and above)
- Excellent track records in handling a team of
mechanics;
- Good understanding in fleet maintenance and tire
management;
- Good analytical thinking and problem solving
skill-sets;
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Powerpoint);
- Good communication skills and attitude
