Currently our client who is a well established brand in the FMCG industry is looking for a Finish Good Warehouse & Distribution Manager to join their team. 

Job description:

1. 1. Monitoring service level reports for each area and channel and providing coordination for improvement strategies to internal teams and relevant departments.
2. 2. Planning and implementing efficiency and productivity strategies to minimize distribution costs without compromising service levels.
3. 3. Negotiating with vendors to ensure cost-effective and available facilities to support warehouse and distribution operations.
4. 4. Addressing operational issues and customer complaints.
5. 5. Supervising, developing, and providing training/coaching for distribution and warehouse teams.
6. 6. Monitoring reports, metrics, and data to identify root causes and implement improvements.
7. 7. Understanding and adhering to national logistics regulations.
8. 8. Performing cost comparison analysis for warehouse and transportation needs and recommending analysis-based solutions.
9. 9. Creating policies or procedures for optimal and efficient logistics operations.
10. 10. Conducting selection, qualification, and performance evaluations.
11. 11. Designing systems/models/matrices for measuring and evaluating work programs and recommending improvements.
12. 12. Designing efficient workflow processes for warehouses.
13. 13. Managing permits and transportation requirements (import-export).
14. 14. Designing efficient routing for distribution.
15. 15. Ensuring smooth operation of the central finished goods warehouse from transfer-in planning to timely and accurate customer delivery.
16. 16. Planning, implementing, and evaluating procedures, facilities, innovations, and systems to streamline the supply chain.
17. 17. Collaborating with finance, sales, and operations to prioritize customer satisfaction.
18. 18. Ensuring that all warehouse and distribution deviation processes and executions are efficient, practical, and effective.
19. 19. Ensuring that all third-party contract agreements align with effective and efficient terms and calculations.
20. 20. Ensuring cooperation with third parties in accordance with agreements and arrangements for operational smoothness and customer satisfaction.
21. 21. Providing periodic performance reports to superiors as needed.
22. 22. Monitoring, controlling, and evaluating budget versus actual expenditures.

• Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree (S1)

• Work Experience: Min 5 years

• Computer Skills: Microsoft Office, Business Process Software
• Technical Skills: Logistics Management System
