Job Description:
- Financial Planning & Analysis: Analyze Financial Data, Develop Comprehensive Models, Forecasts, And Budgets, And Provide Actionable Insights For Strategic Decision-making.
- Account Management: Oversee Multinational Accounts, Monitor Performance, And Address Financial Issues Or Opportunities.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate On The Company's Strategic Plan, Evaluate Investment Opportunities, And Assist In Long-term Financial Planning.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare And Present Financial Reports, Ensure Compliance, And Provide Recommendations For Improvement.
- Team Leadership: Supervise And Mentor A Team Of Financial Analysts, Promote A Culture Of Growth And Teamwork, And Set Performance Expectations.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Finance.
- Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- With 5 years of financial analysis experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong proficiency in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) practices.
- Excellent knowledge of financial software and tools
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
