Job Description:
- Oversee The Smooth And Efficient Running Of The Finance Department And Ensure Compliance With Statutory Authority And Audit Requirements.
- Statutory Accounting, Consolidation, Audit & Documentation, Monthly Closing, Due Diligence Audit, Deferred Taxes, Restructuring And Modeling Of Complex Accounting Reports.
- Reporting For Store Profitability, Discounts And Promotion. Statements On Marketing Funds Untilisation
- Analyzing & Reporting The Merchandize & Promotion Materials Costs
- Cost Of Sales Analysis, Inventory Valuation & Reporting
- Ownership Of Systems Implementation As Well As Business Controls Processes
- Ownership Of Adhering To Schedule Of Authorities & Segregation Of Dutie
- Consolidating And Preparing Various Reports, Reconciliation Statement, For Evaluating Differences In Accounting
- Monitoring Preparation Of Financial Statements, Maintenance Of Statutory Books Of Accounts & Financial Statement For Quarterly & Annually Held Audits
- Managing And Executing Daily Cash Management Activities And Funds Need, Cash Flow & Working Capital Management
- Managing Short Term & Long Term Finance And Bank Operating And Investor Relationships
- Coordinating With Functional Heads In Collating Information For Preparation Of Monthly Budgets/ Forecasts, Funds Management And Control.
Job Requirements:
- Hold a
Bachelor's or Masters degree in Accounting from reputable university
- Minimum
of 10 Years working experience as an Finance Controller
- Strong
Analytical & Critical Thinking
- Effective Communication & Negotiation Skill
- Ability
to lead, coordinate and make decisions.
- Good at Data Mining & Analysis
