Job Description:
- Develop Operational Initiatives To Achieve Financial Goals
- Ensure That Company Financial Systems Are Robust, Compliant And Support Current Activities And Future Growth
- Prepare Business Plan And Budgeting For The Company Including Analyzing Budget Variance Versus Actuals
- Manage The Overall Accounting And Bookkeeping And Ensure The Processes Are In Line With Business Needs.
- Provide A Monthly Financial Report And Other Financial Data To The COO And, As Requested To The Board Of Directors
- Maintains Financial Database By Entering, Verifying, And Backing Up Data
- Ensure Corporate Budgeting Processes Are Carried Out And Reviewed.
- Oversee Daily, Weekly And Monthly Financial Operations
- Identifies Financial Status By Comparing And Analyzing Actual Results With Plans And Forecasts.
- Monitor And Manage Corporate Expenses
- Recommends Actions By Analyzing And Interpreting Data And Making Comparative Analyses
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business, Accounting, or Finance
- 5+ years of relevant experience in financial analysis or advisory, corporate planning, business finance, management consulting, or related field including Investment Company, Start-Up, and E-commerce.
- A proven ability to identify and drive impactful financial outcomes.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with data-driven minded - Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
