Job Description:
- Establish And Maintain A Dynamic Target-setting And Budget Management Process To Ensure The Achievement Of The Group's Financial Objectives.
- Lead And Facilitate Regular Business Reviews, Providing Insights Into Financial Performance And Its Underlying Drivers To Enhance Decision-making Processes.
- Support Business Growth Initiatives While Effectively Balancing Commercial Considerations With Financial Profitability To Identify Optimization Opportunities.
- Develop And Implement Sophisticated Financial Models, Conduct Scenario And Sensitivity Analyses To Support Strategic Decision-making Across The Organization.
- Monitor And Manage The Organization's Cash Flow To Guarantee Sufficient Liquidity For Daily Operations And Strategic Endeavors. Create Strategies To Optimize Cash Flow And Efficiently Manage Working Capital.
- Oversee Day-to-day Financial Operations, Including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, And Billing. Implement Streamlined Financial Processes And Robust Controls.
- Ensure Compliance With All Relevant Financial Regulations And Tax Laws. Prepare And File Tax Returns And Collaborate With External Auditors And Tax Advisors As Necessary.
- Take Charge Of Regional Collections Oversight And Establish Collection Playbooks To Ensure Consistent Implementation Of Collection Policies And Standards. Emphasize Early Warning Signs And Proactively Address Them.
- Identify And Escalate Potential Portfolio Risks Through The Analysis Of Key Credit Risk Indicators, With A Focus On Collections Relative To Net Margins.
- Develop And Maintain Comprehensive Credit Policies For Our Credit Products To Mitigate Risk Effectively.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Proven experience in financial leadership roles, ideally in a dynamic and growth-oriented environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and tax laws.
- Experience with fundraising, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic financial planning.
