1. Lead and oversee the company's overall finance, accounting, treasury, and taxation functions.
2. Develop and manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow strategies to support business objectives.
3. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, corporate governance, taxation, and audit requirements.
4. Provide financial analysis, business insights, and strategic recommendations to executive management and the Board of Directors.
5. Lead, develop, and manage the finance team while driving continuous process improvements and operational excellence.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
2. Minimum 10 years of experience in a Finance Director or equivalent executive finance leadership role.
3. Minimum 10 years of experience within the financial services or financial institution industry.
4. Strong knowledge of financial planning, financial modeling, risk management, taxation, compliance, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle).
5. Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to translate financial data into business strategies.
