Job Description:
- Responsible
For The Company’s Financial Department, Including Bookkeeping, Cash Management,
Payroll, And Tax, Etc. The Role Will Also Include Supervision Of The Finance
Department Of An Affiliated Company In Indonesia
- Building
Up The Accounting System And Processes From Zero To One
- Accounting
And Bookkeeping For The Company, Including Cash Management,
Revenue/receivables, Expenses/payables, Overheads, Tax, Etc.
- Conduct
Accounting And Accounting Treatment Of All Transactions, Collating The
Company's Overall Accounting
- Responsible
For Auditing And Accounting Of Financial Vouchers, Safekeeping All Vouchers,
Accounting Books, Financial Reports, And Other Relevant Documents
- Responsible
For Tax Declaration And All Annual Auditing
- Prepare
The Monthly Reporting Package For Group Reporting And Other Reporting Documents
- Experience In Preparation Of Payroll Computations And Knowledge Of Indonesian-required Social Contributions And Benefits
- Working
Closely With The Project Team Heads And Providing Timely Financial Reports As
Well As Financial Analysis.
- Ad Hoc Tasks As Designated By The President Director Or APAC CFO Management Team
Job Requirements:
- Education:
Minimal Bachelor Degree or above in Financing, Accounting, Banking, or another
relevant major
- Language:
Fluent in English (Business English is required for writing and reading emails)
- Experience:
Minimal 10 years of working experience in financial management, experience in
accounting or auditing firm preferred
- Computer
operation is necessary, and familiar with all kinds of financial software
applications
- Must be able to work independently, have a strong sense of responsibility
- Preference
for candidates who have experience building and/or leading teams
