Job Description:
- Lead and oversee the Finance & Accounting function, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Develop and manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial planning to support business objectives.
- Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and provide strategic recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, accounting standards, and coordinate internal and external audit activities.
- Manage, coach, and develop the Finance team while collaborating with management to support business growth and decision-making.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; a Master's degree (S2) is an advantage.
- Minimum 10 years of Finance & Accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a Finance Manager or similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), financial reporting, taxation, audit, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) and advanced Microsoft Excel, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to manage teams and support business growth.
