• Financial Analysis: Perform In-depth Financial Analysis To Assess The Company's Financial Performance, Identify Trends, And Provide Actionable Insights. Analyze Variances, Key Performance Indicators, And ROI To Assist In Decision-making.
• Budgeting And Forecasting: Collaborate With Cross-functional Teams To Develop And Manage Annual Budgets And Forecasts. Monitor Budget Adherence And Provide Recommendations For Cost Optimization.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare And Distribute Accurate And Timely Financial Reports, Including Income Statements, Balance Sheets, Cash Flow Statements, And Variance Analyses. Ensure Compliance With Accounting Standards And Regulatory Requirements.
• Data Interpretation: Interpret Financial Data And Provide Meaningful Commentary To Explain Variances, Trends, And Anomalies. Communicate Financial Insights Effectively To Non-financial Stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Finance Analyst or similar role in the FMCG industry.
• Strong proficiency in financial analysis tools, including Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization.
• Knowledge of FMCG industry dynamics, market trends, and key performance indicators.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
