Job Description:
- Supervising All Accounting Activities: Including
Reviewing And Controlling All Payments And Receipts, Bank Reconciliation, And
Tenant Billing
- Maintaining Accounting Procedures, Systems, And Related
Internal Control To Ensure That It Meets The Company Regulations
- Handling Taxation Matters And Managing The
Coordination With Tax Officers And External Auditors
- Controlling Tenants Outstanding Billings And
Collections And Payments.
- Coordination With Another Department In Analyzing
The Service Charge Increment
- Reviewing And Controlling All Management Accounts
To Ensure The Accuracy And Reliability Of Data Records
- Preparing And Reviewing Monthly Management Reports And Other Required Financial Reports
Job Requirements:
- Education: Min. Bachelor Degree in Accounting
major
- Language: English (Business level). Japanese
skills will be an advantage
- Having Accounting experience in MNC (Including
Japanese company) for 10 years
- Having working experience in the Accounting firm experience for 2 years
- Having experience handling IFRS report
