Job Description:
- As A Key Member Of Finance Department, You Will Play A Pivotal Role In Managing Financial Operations, Ensuring Compliance, And Driving Financial Excellence Within Organization
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or any related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with a proven track record of success in managerial roles.
- Experience in the mining or natural resources industry is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools, including ERP systems and Excel.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal is a must!
