Job Description:
- To Work With Cross Functional Team To Ensure Administration & Documentation According The Regulation.
- Ensure For GL, Trial Balance, Fixed Asset, Inventory, Sales & Purchase Report The Timely Reporting Of All Monthly
- Review Cash & Bank Reconciliation
- To Supervise The Process Of Account Receivable Collection & Account Payable Payment.
- Check Financial Transaction And Ensure That Correct Tax Treatment Has Been Applied According Tax Regulation.
- Responsible For VAT Reporting, Tax Such As Monthly, Yearly Tax Return And Handle Tax Audit
- Analysis Expense, Monthly, Quarterly And Annual Financial Reporting
- Involve In Establish And Maintain Proper Inter Control
- Liase With Consultant, Auditors And Other Supporting Professional.
- Constantly Monitor Inventory Level, And Coordinate With The Cross Functional Team For Shipment.
- Collaborate With Cross Functional Team To Ensure Effective Communication, Ensure Tasks Execute Efficiently With Minimal Supervision.
- Capability To Identify & Work On Continuous Improvement Plan For The Business.
- Able To Lead The Team Toward Process Efficiency & Cost Saving.
- Able To Identify Problem & Develop Solution To Resolve Issue.
- To Manage Accounting , Finance And Tax To Ensure Clear Guidance Dan Proper Communication.
Job Requirements:
- Able to communicate in English
- At least 3 years’ experience in the same field, having experience in manufacture is mandatory
- Well versed with accounting sofware ie SAP, Navision
- High Integrity and able to work independently
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting is preferable
