Job Description:
- Managing finances, including payments, petty cash, banking, AR (Accounts Receivable), AP (Accounts Payable), analysis, and reconciliation.
- Ensuring the proper and accurate execution and recording of accounting transactions, including financial reporting and archiving.
- Responsible for handling taxation, including calculating, depositing, and reporting monthly and annual taxes, along with archiving.
- Conducting stocktaking or inventory audits.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Finance / Accounting / Tax or Equivalent Background, from Reputable University.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the retail industry
- Proficient user of Microsoft Excel and finance & accounting software (ex: Accurate, SAP, ERP, Oracle, etc.)
- Able to make Annual Report Financial Statement
- Hold a certificate of A & B Brevet Tax
- A solid understanding of financial regulations, taxation, and compliance
