Job Description:
- To Support Our Customers In A Solution Of Technical Problems And To Keep Good “production” Performances
- Diagnostic Visits And Reporting Based On The Spare Parts List Suggested Overhauling Plan And Upgrades
- Execution Of Overhauling And Ordinary Maintenance Interventions
- Troubleshooting
- Training On The Job
- Supervision Of Customer Interventions
- Promote Spare Parts, Upgrades, And CS Services Portfolio
- Collect VOC (voice Of The Customer) And Customer Needs
Job Requirements:
- Education: Preferable Bachelor Degree in
Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and/or equivalent technical professional
qualification
- Language: Fluent in English (verbal and written),
and can speak Italian would be seen as an advantage
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant
experience in Technical Assistance (Beverage & Food production line)
- High technical mechanical or electrical knowledge
(mechatronic skill will be preferable)
- Good Interpersonal skills
- Customer orientation
- Fully Availability to travel intensively in the
Area and based on needs out of the Region
