Job Description:
- Lead all tax and finance operations across HQ and multiple entities (including JV/JO) to ensure full regulatory compliance and timely reporting.
- Develop and implement tax planning and cost-saving strategies, including VAT refunds, property tax incentives, and working capital improvements.
- Oversee monthly financial closings and ensure accurate and timely preparation of key reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Budget vs. Actual).
- Manage consolidated reporting from JV entities, ensuring compliance with partner and audit requirements.
- Implement accounting automation and digital tools to streamline financial processes, enhance traceability, and reduce manual errors.
- Strengthen financial governance through regular internal audits, robust internal controls, and audit-ready SOPs.
- Support strategic finance initiatives, including credit scoring model development and risk dashboard enhancements.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of age 35 years old.
- Had experience in real estate development.
- Had brevet A&B for tax activities or certified as PA or CPA.
- Fluent in English is a must.
