- Leads Production Engineering To Assess The Feasibility Of Product Manufacturability
- Leads
Production Engineering To Assess The Feasibility Of Product Manufacturability
- Gives
Guidelines To The R&D Team To Fulfill Manufacturing Requirements
- Enables Plants And Facilities To Produce Products
- Ensure Flawless And Efficient 2-wheeler Assembly And The Design And Installation Of The Production Tooling
- Controls And Tracks Entire Quality (program, Product, And Supplier Quality)
- Works
With Cross-functional Teams To Ensure The Program Meets The Requirements And
Passes The Gates Smoothly
- Tracks
Progress Of Issue Resolving Status According To An Agreed Plan
- Defines And Develop Critical Quality Standards That Address Customer Wants And Needs
- Ensure
Preparation To Achieve Standard Accreditation For Quality And Environmental
Management
Job Requirements:
- At
least 5 years of experience
- Prior
experience in manufacturing/assembly and quality control of Automotive OEM
company or Tier 1 supplier company built to print parts (such as: casting,
welding, forging, machining, and sheet metal) that relate directly to
Automotive OEM.
- Prior
experience in developing and implementing a standard of quality management
systems (ISO 9001)
- Ability
to develop and foster strong stakeholder relationships
- Ability
to identify potential risks and plan to mitigate them
- Hands-on
experience in working with multiple cross-functional teams (CFT)
- Experience
in project management
- Prior experience in developing new product
- Prior
experience in setting up new factory facilities and processes is a plus
