Job Requirements:
- Education min. Bachelor Degree related major
- At least 8 (eight) years of working experience in
HRGA role and function
- Experience as Managerial level at least 3 year
- Has experience working in Manufacturing company, prefer from Japanese manufacturing
- Have experience handle labor union will be advantage
- Good written and verbal communication in English
- Strong computer skills min. Ms. Office
