Job Description:
- Infrastructure
Building And Grounds Maintenance, Utilities, Operates And Maintains Custodial
Functions Including Asset Management And Management Reporting.
- Responsible
For MRO Activity, Mechanical, Electrical, Machinery, Facility Cleaning Of
Production Area, Spare Part Turnover, Project Or Installation Of
Infrastructure.
- Oversees
And Supervises The Quality Of Work Of The Team To Ensure That All Tasks Are
Performed Correctly, Efficiently, And Effectively.
- Manages
And Reviews Service Contracts, Project Accomplishments.
- Conducts
And Documents Regular Facilities Inspections.
- Coordinate
With The External Department For GA Activities I.e. Maintenance Service, Car
Service, Or Any Related.
- Manage
The Overall General Affair Of The Plant And Ensure That Activities Are Executed
Properly As Planned.
- Involving In Safety, Environmental And Health Concerns Include Report And Compliance.
- Handle
Common Areas, Such As Shuttle Bus Provide, Car-park, Canteen, Lighting System,
Waste Disposal Etc.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma
or higher qualification in engineering or same level
- 5
-10 years in related positions
- Have experience in the labor-intensive industry, i.e. garments, shoe industry etc.
