Job Description:
- Responsible For The Daily Import And Export Customs Clearance, Including The Formulation And Optimization Of Import And Export Customs Clearance Procedures. Supplier Arrangement For Customs Clearance Agents To Ensure Compliant Operations, Etc
- Responsible For The Classification Of HS CODE And The Application Of Tariff Reduction And Exemption Policies. Classify Import And Export Commodities According To Customs Classification Rulings And Other Relevant Laws And Regulations
- Responsible For Responding To Customs Inspections, Including Inspections On Classification, Price, And Origin, And Flexibly Using Relevant Laws And Regulations To Actively Negotiate And Reduce Risks
- Responsible For The Accounting And Payment Of Import Duty, As Well As The Management Of Related Logistics Fees, To Ensure The Accuracy Of Taxes And Logistics Fees
- Responsible For Checking Customs Clearance Documents And Document Filing Management To Ensure Compliance With Relevant Document Requirements
- Responsible To Ensure All Chain Processes(Port-Factory-Distribution) Are Efficient As Well As Cost Performance
Job Requirements:
- Education: Min. Bachelor Degree
- Language: Fluent in Mandarin and English
- Experience: Have 1-3 years of working experience in customs affairs or international trade, the electronics industry is better
- Understand SAP or other similar supply chain management systems
- Familiar with import and export rules, tariff and customs duty knowledge, and international trade rules
