Job Description:
- Build and grow the TCG community to increase engagement and brand awareness.
- Manage relationships with Local Game Stores (LGS), tournament organizers, players, collectors, and other stakeholders.
- Plan and execute TCG events, tournaments, gatherings, and community activities.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful event execution.
- Manage community engagement across social media, Discord, and other platforms.
- Gather community insights and provide recommendations to support business growth.
- Monitor community and event performance and prepare reports.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; Marketing, Communications, or Management preferred.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Community Management, Event Management, Brand Activation, or related roles.
- Good understanding of the TCG industry and community ecosystem.
- Experience managing events, tournaments, or community activities.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
- Existing network within TCG communities is a plus.
