• Carrying Out Assessments To The Client's Management System Based On The Set Audit Criteria, Compiling Assessment Reports And Associated Documents
• Submitting The Report And Working In Accordance With The Company Regulations, Accreditation Criteria And Other Necessary Requirements Within The Established Timeline
• Ensuring Assessor/teacher Qualification Is Up To Date: Participating In The Arranged Resources Development Program, And Attending The Sector's Calibration Sessions
• Assisting The Sales Team By Providing Technical Insight Into Audit Duration Estimates And Other Related Issues For Proposal Creation, As Well As Taking Part In Sales Meetings For Technical Discussions With Customers
• Fulfilling Any Other Tasks Set By The Sector Manager That Are Related To The Needs Of The Sector Team And The Instructions Of The Management
• Preserving The Confidentiality Of Both The Organization's And The Client's Data

• Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, ESG, Environmental Science, Business, Finance, Law, Economics.
• Min 10 years of experience in ESG, risk and/or sustainability.
• Prior experience in ESG risk, in palm oil, legal, analytics or other professional services firms highly preferred.
• Experience in setting up ESG function for a large organization preferred.
• A risk background with a passion driving ESG initiatives.
• Good understanding of risk management and credit risk issues.
• Demonstrated proactive in driving change, influencing and reporting to management.
• Experience in understanding the operational drivers of a business and how they relate to the financial drivers of the business.
• Excellent research and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding and interest of current trends in Indonesia ESG, climate and sustainability.
• Track record of partnering with external organizations and associations prominent in the ESG and climate space.
• Previous experience in ESG policy and engagement work is advantageous
• Experience in developing solutions and development of systems and processes relating to sustainability advantageous
• Good communication in English (Speaking and Writing) is a MUST
