Job Description:
- Responsible For Overall Technical Architecture Direction & Roadmaps.
- Responsible For Managing And Coordinating Team Members.
- Collaborate With Teams From Various Divisions/functions To Complete Technology-related Projects.
- Communicate Changes, Issues, Or Updates To The Relevant Stakeholders.
- Involve In The Hiring Process & Evaluate The Team Member's Performance.
- Guiding And Directing Team Members To Achieve The Expected Target And Quality Of Work.
- Take The Steps Necessary To Guarantee Regulatory Compliance.
- Provide Appropriate Operational, Management, And Technical Controls That Help Mitigate And Manage Security Risks Facing Software Apps, Network Infrastructure, End Users, And The Business.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years experience in engineering, software development, product development, or related fields.
- Good understanding of technical knowledge (system design, concurrency, and database-based RDBMS)
- Analytical skills for evaluating information carefully and solving complex problems.
- Has taken a significant leadership role.
- Organizational skills for keeping track of various budgets, employees and schedules simultaneously.
- Experience in project management and agile methodology software.
- Able to collaborate and communicate effectively
- Able to run a productive and effective team
