Job Description:
- Provide Electrical Engineering Recommendations And Technical Support On Electrical engineering Reviews, Strategic Plans, And Projects
- Assist With Allocation, Budgeting, Resource Planning, And Scheduling. Manages Unit And Development Cost Estimations And Helps Determine Affordable And Reliable Material Sources
- Ensures On-time Product Development By Collaborating With Other Leaders To Estimate Reasonable And Precise Schedules And Solve Problems Quickly
- Streamlines Production While Meeting Compliance And Safety Guidelines
- Creates Production, Quality Validation, And Evaluation Requirements And Tests And Troubleshoots Dilemmas (if Any)
- Establishes Technical Standards In Reviews, Documentation, And Designs
- Manages Engineering Teams And Other Electrical Engineering Staff Members
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (Electrical Engineering background)
- Must have a minimum of 10 years of working experience in electrical work (both engineer and operational)
- Have an understanding of electrical design and be able to use Auto-CAD software
- Have knowledge of QA & QC of Electrical work (both engineer and operational)
- Have knowledge and understanding of the work of communication systems
- Having a certificate of expertise is preferred (certificate of competence, and other relevant similar)
- Proficient in English both oral and written (is a must)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Possess strong leadership and analytical skills
- Energetic and able to work under tight schedules
- Ability to set goals and meet deadlines
- Able to manage resources in the section led
- Able to plan and develop engineering systems
- Able to lead, coordinate, and support other electrical staff
- Have an understanding of project budgeting
- Able to coordinate and direct projects from start to finish
