Job Requirements:
- Manage
business growth and financial returns of shops assigned and ensure overall
targets are met through planning, forecasting, monitoring and reviewing
- Conduct
thorough analysis to identify levers from traffic, conversion, assortment and
come up with strategy to drive growth, and execute the growth strategy
- Strong
analytical skills and business acumen, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and
Powerpoint
- Leverage
marketing resources. Plan, develop and execute marketing campaigns or
promotions to reach sales targets.
- Prepare
weekly and monthly reports through collecting, analysing and summarizing
information and trends for internal weekly sales and marketing meeting
- Manage product creation, orders, campaigns, advertisement, shop content such as in-shop banner, product cover photo, title and description optimization, feeds etc
- Proficient in the use of paid promotion tools such as paid ads, bundle deals etc through market analysis, search rank optimization to increase shop traffic and conversion rate
