Job Description:
- Create A Strategy And Plan For Developing The Business And Achieving The Company's Goals
- Work Collaboratively Across All Structures
- Identify Market Trends, Needs, And Opportunities For Business Plan
- Develop, Maintain, And Strengthen The Relationship With Customers
- Building The Sales Team
- Lead The Sales Team In Achieving The Company Objectives
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Sales, Market Knowledge, UMKM Knowledge, Good Communication, and Strong Analytical Skills,
- Experience in building the Sales team from scratch is a MUST
- Minimum experience of 5 years handling General Trade/Traditional Channel in FMCG, Telco, Banking, and other relevant industries
- Excellent command of English professional proficiency
- Able and willing to work in a startup company
- Able to work under pressure and in a dynamic environment
- Preferably Head/GM/Director/Senior Manager specialized in Sales - Financial Services (Insurance, Unit Trust, etc) or equivalent.
