Job Description:
- Daily Responsibility In Sales 360 Degrees, Selection Of Personnel, Involved In Team And Career Development.
- Manage Commercial Risk, By Handling Relevant Features Of Regional And Local Laws.
- Make Sure All Activities In Line With The Company's Rules And Terms.
- Serve Company Business Plans For Relevant Parts Thru Clear Targets.
- Actively Grow Customer Base And Develop Market Share.
- In Charge Of Margin Contribution And Sales Expenses, Including Periodical And Continued Sales Budgeting & Reporting.
- Build Structure And Professionalize Sales And Operations.
- Report To Country Manager.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, any major
- Over 15 years’ experience in the Aqua Feed industry
- Good written/oral English with excellent interpersonal skill
- Posses good Entrepreneurial skills
- Ability to build and grow the team
- Excellent Market knowledge
- Excellent Customer behavior
- Advanced Sales & Management skill
