• Develop, Implement, And Manage The Organization's Technology Strategy, Infrastructure, And Systems.
• Drive Innovation, Optimize IT Resources, And Ensure That Technology Aligns With The Organization's Business Goals.
• Guide The Organization's Digital Transformation And Ensure That Technology Is A Strategic Asset.
• Develop And Implement A Comprehensive IT Strategy Aligned With The Organization's Strategic Goals. Ensure That IT Initiatives Support Business Objectives And Enhance Efficiency And Productivity.
• Provide Visionary Leadership For The IT Department, Fostering A Culture Of Innovation, Collaboration, And Continuous Improvement.
• Oversee The Design, Deployment, And Maintenance Of The Organization's IT Infrastructure, Including Networks, Servers, And Hardware.
• Manage Software Development, Acquisition, And Integration. Ensure The Availability, Security, And Efficiency Of Enterprise Applications.
• Establish And Maintain Robust Cybersecurity Measures To Protect The Organization's Data And Information Assets. Ensure Compliance With Data Privacy Regulations And Industry Standards.
• Establish And Enforce IT Governance Policies And Procedures, Ensuring Compliance With Relevant Regulations And Standards.

• At least 8 years of experience in IT leadership roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience in IT leadership roles, with a track record of successfully implementing IT strategies.
• Strong understanding of technology trends and emerging solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
• Knowledge of IT governance, compliance, and risk management.
• Certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, PMP) may be advantageous.
