• The Incumbent Will Be Overall Responsible For Ensuring The Consistent Provision Of Value-added Products And Services To The Conventional And Islamic Corporate Banking Clientele; And Thereby Facilitate Growth Of Business. In This Manner, The Incumbent Will Assist The CEO In Achieving/ Exceeding The Financial Objectives/ Targets Of The Bank And In Ensuring The Best Interest Of The Stakeholders.
• The Incumbent Will Assume The Leadership Of The Corporate Banking Division And Will Be Overall Responsible For The Development And Subsequent Implementation Of The Approved Strategies For This Division In Line With The Overall Strategy. He Or She Will Ensure That The Above-mentioned Divisions Product Offerings Are Continually Aligned With The Market Offerings And Cater To The Needs And Expectations Of The Conventional And Islamic Corporate Banking Clientele. The Incumbent Will Also Oversee The Key Relationships With The External Business Partners And Is Overall Responsible For Expanding The Bank's Local, Regional And International Market Share

• University graduate preferably Business Administration or related disciplines
• An MBA degree in Marketing and/ or Sales would be preferred
• The ideal candidate should possess sound business acumen with at least 15 years + of proven experience in the banking industry specifically within Corporate Banking business in the domestic/ regional market with an adequate exposure to international operations
• Must have exceptional leadership and management skills and a proven track record of leading senior management team and driving the success and growth of the business
• Superior knowledge of banking policies/ procedures, pertinent regulatory and best practice pronouncements pertaining to compliance, to the extent these relate to the business functions
• Articulate speaker with the ability to represent the Bank at various local, regional and international forums
• Well-founded understanding of the conventional and Islamic banking product offerings currently available in the market
• Posses a wide repertoire of expertise and creativity in coaching the employees and enhancing their levels of confidence and capabilities both latent and potential
• Must have a high level of acceptability with local dignitaries
• Must be able to keep in mind the ultimate objectives whilst dealing with the challenges of the environment that is sensitive, dynamic and short term
• Possess exceptional relationship and people management skills
• Knowledge of corporate governance best practices
