Job Description:
1. Develop and execute digital marketing strategies with a strong focus on conversion, business growth, and ROI.
2. Manage large-scale digital advertising budgets worth billions across platforms (Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
3. Optimize campaigns to achieve key metrics — ROAS, CAC, CPL — with cost efficiency.
4. Oversee all digital channels (SEO, SEM, SMM, Ads, Website, Email Marketing) to ensure integrated strategies.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Branding, Business Development, Sales) to deliver impactful campaigns.
6. Leverage data and analytics tools to refine targeting, improve lead quality, and maximize effectiveness.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of experience in digital marketing.
Proven track record in managing multi-million/billion monthly digital ad budgets.
2. Strong knowledge of digital tracking tools (Meta Pixel, UTM, Google Tag Manager).
3. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, and other digital platforms.
4. Advanced skills in SEO, SEM, SMM, Email Marketing, and data analysis (Excel).
5. Demonstrated leadership in managing and mentoring a digital marketing team.
