Job Description:
- Serve As An Expert In The Field Of Development Operations (DevOps) Within The Sales Team And Take The Lead On Critical Client Relationships In Industries Such As Financial Services, Healthcare, Web, Retail, And More.
- Drive Pre-sales Engineering Activities, Encompassing Technical Discovery, Presenting The Technical Value Proposition, Offering Architectural Guidance, Supporting Sales Campaigns, And Nurturing Ongoing Client Relationships.
- Contribute To Creating An Environment Conducive To Long-term Customer Success.
- Collaborate Closely With Influential Client Executives During Product Evaluations And Proof Of Concepts To Ensure That Our Solutions Align With Their Objectives.
- Offer Expert Insights Into DevOps Concepts, Possessing A Strong Skill Set In Infrastructure Architecture, Cloud Technologies, IT Operations, Security, And Development Processes.
Job Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Technical Pre-Sales or Sales Engineering, with practitioners also encouraged to apply.
- Ideally, a B.S. degree in engineering or a related field from an accredited institution, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency in comprehending DevOps, IT operations, security, cloud, microservices, containers, and scheduling platforms.
- Familiarity with Hashicorp suite of products, e.g. Terraform, Vault, Consul
- Proven experience in implementing software products or solutions for large and dynamic enterprise clients.
