Job Description:
- Leads the Factory Operation include Production department and develops Factory policies
- Handling building new factory and all the process
- Coordinate with another department
- Oversees recruitment, training, payroll, and compliance
- Works with management to allign HR strategies with business goals
- Coordinates between HR teams and other departments
- Employee Relations & Welfare Specialist
Job Requirements:
- Have rich experience in new factory building & planning, manufacture industry
- Handling all the whole process of building a new factory)
- Have experience in Chinese Company, specially in manufacture industry before is advantage.
- Fluent in Mandarin & English will be better
- Must be well known about Indonesia Government Policy about manufacturing and related field
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree
- Having experience in Bekasi Regional Area will be better
- At least 10 years experience in this position
- Willing to travel domestic & Overseas
