Job Description:
- Process And Develop Data Models With Programming Languages
Like R And Python, STATA, Etc. Then Deploy Those Models Into Applications.
- Provide Guideline As Reference For Central And Sub-national Governments For Organizing Data To Ensure Data Is Accurate And High Quality, Especially Data On Women, Disabilities, And Vulnerable And Their Needs (GEDSI).
- Provide Technical Expertise And Work Closely With SKALA-GEDSI Team To Identify And Interpret Pattern And Trends On Specific GEDSI Data To Ensure Data On Women, Disabilities And Vulnerable Individual And Their Needs Are Available And Accurate.
- Work Collaboratively With Programmers To Identify Process Improvement Opportunities, Propose System Modifications, And Data Governance Mechanism That Will Ensure GEDSI Data Are Accessible.
- Other Tasks As Requested By SKALA.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor or master’s degree in computer science with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in data science or related field
- Technical proficiency regarding database design development, data models, techniques for data mining, and segmentation.
- Experience in handling reporting packages like Business Objects, programming, and databases.
- Advance use of languages like Python, R, or MATLAB
- Proficiency in statistics and statistical packages like STATA, Excel, SPSS, SAS to be used for dataset analysis.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team to achieve goals
