Job Description:
- Develop Training Materials: Create
Training Modules, Presentations, And Practical Exercises Covering Various
Aspects Of Data Analysis With Excel, Including Data Cleaning,
Manipulation, Advanced Formulas, Pivot Tables, Macros, And Charts.
- Conduct Training Sessions: Give
Participants Interesting And Interactive Training Sessions.
- Ensure Effective Transfer Of Knowledge By
Using Instructional Techniques, Demonstrations, And Hands-on Exercises.
- Stay On Top Of Industry Trends: Stay Up
To Date With The Latest Developments In Data Analysis Techniques, Excel
Features, And Data Visualization Tools. Incorporate Relevant Updates Into
Training Materials And Share Industry Best Practices With Participants.
- Doing Video Shooting For E-Learning
Job Requirements:
- Expertise in data analysis: Proficient in
data analysis concepts, statistical methods, and techniques. Strong
understanding of data cleaning, data manipulation, and data visualization.
- Advanced Excel skills: In-depth knowledge
of Excel functions, formulas, pivot tables, charts, and macros. Ability to
create complex spreadsheets and automate tasks using Excel.
- Training experience: Proven experience in
delivering training programs or workshops, preferably in data analysis or
Excel-related topics. Ability to explain complex concepts in a way that is
clear and easy to understand.
- Communication skills: Very good verbal
and written communication skills. Ability to effectively engage
participants, convey information, and facilitate learning in a classroom
or virtual setting.
- Analytical mindset: Strong
problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze data sets, identify
patterns and draw meaningful insights. Experience in using Excel for data
analysis is required.
- Degree in a relevant field: A bachelor's
or master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or a
related discipline is preferred.
