• Assess And Analyze The Organization's Current Cybersecurity Posture And Identify Areas For Improvement.
• Develop And Maintain A Cybersecurity Strategy, Including Risk Management And Compliance Measures, In Alignment With Business Objectives.
• Collaborate With Various Departments To Ensure That Security Measures Support The Organization's Goals And Do Not Hinder Its Operations.
• Lead Discussions With Stakeholders To Define And Implement Cybersecurity Solutions That Address Current And Future Security Needs.
• Maintain Operational Stability And Respond To Security Incidents, Ensuring The Organization Is Well-prepared To Handle Cybersecurity Threats.
• Engage With Potential Customers In The Early Stages Of Cybersecurity Solution Discussions, Showcasing Expertise And Building Strong Client Relationships.

• Minimum of 5 years of working experience in Information Security or Cyber Security: Demonstrated expertise in the field with a track record of relevant experience.
• Strong Understanding of Cyber Security, Risk Management, and Compliance Concepts: A deep knowledge of cybersecurity principles, risk assessment, and compliance frameworks.
• Consultation and Stakeholder Influence: Ability to consult with various stakeholders and effectively communicate the alignment of outcomes and technical solutions to meet organizational goals.
• Solution Roadmap Development: Proficiency in analyzing, designing, and developing solution roadmaps and implementation plans based on assessing the current state and defining the desired future state.
• Balancing Security and Business Needs: Working knowledge of how to strike a balance between security requirements and the needs of the business, ensuring that security measures support rather than hinder operations.
