Job Description:

  • Facilitate The Smooth Implementation And Delivery Of Our Platform To Clients, Ensuring A Seamless Transition From Onboarding To Full Utilization.
  • Provide Ongoing Guidance And Support To Clients, Serving As A Trusted Advisor And Helping Them Optimize Their Use Of Software To Achieve Their Business Goals.
  • Act As The Primary Point Of Contact For Assigned Clients, Building Strong Relationships And Acting As A Gatekeeper To Ensure Client Satisfaction And Long-term Success.
  • Conduct Onboarding Sessions To Educate Clients On The Features And Capabilities, Ensuring They Have A Solid Understanding Of How To Leverage The Platform Effectively.
  • Stay Up-to-date With Industry Trends And Best Practices, Including Competitor Analysis, To Provide Insights And Recommendations To Clients, Helping Them Maximize Their Digital Marketing Strategies.
  • Collaborate With The Digital Marketing Team To Develop And Execute Marketing Initiatives That Promote The Value And Benefits Of The Company's Product To Prospective And Existing Clients.
  • Demonstrate A Deep Understanding Of The Our Client's Platform, Its Features, And Its Functionality, And Effectively Communicate This Knowledge To Clients.
  • Teach Clients How To Utilize Various Skills And Techniques Using The Product, Empowering Them To Make The Most Of The Platform's Capabilities.
  • Previous Experience In A Digital Marketing Agency Is Highly Desirable, As It Will Allow You To Draw Upon Your Expertise In Guiding Clients To Effectively Use Of The Product For Their Marketing Campaigns.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer success or account management roles, preferably in the digital marketing or technology industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and effectively convey complex information to clients.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to identify areas for improvement.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to client success and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, tools, and strategies, and the ability to understand and address client needs within this context.
  • Proficiency in using Knal.Io or similar digital marketing platforms is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
