Job Description:
- Responsible For Inputting
Sales Orders And Quotations In The System And Proactively Managing All Orders
To Ensure Timely Fulfillment.
- Receive And Answers Customer
Queries, Request And Complaints Within Established Guidelines. Proactively
Follows Up On Outstanding Customer Service Issues Until Resolution. Seek
Advices From Supervisor For All Non-routine Or Serious Problems.
- Understand And Ensure The
Daily Work Is According To Established Procedures, Policies And Guidelines.
Provide Feedback On The Efficiency Of The Customer Service Process.
- Provides Support To Other
Team Members And Assists In Ad-hoc / Special Tasks As Assigned By Supervisor /
Manager.
- Coordinate And
Collaborate With Other Appropriate Departments Or Supply Chain To Ensure
Customer Satisfaction
Job Requirements:
- Computer Skills: Proficient
in Microsoft business applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), and
ability to learn business system and other software platforms as required.
- Min. 1 year experience in
Customer Services in a multinational trading / distribution company or similar
- Experience in using bespoke
MRP, ERP, SAP, SCALA or other Order / Quotation Processing and Stock Management
systems
- Ability to progressively
learn mechanical and fluid-system related technical information.
- Good communication skills in
English – both verbal and written
- Problem solving and conflict management abilities
- Time management skills
