Job Description:
- Own full Indonesia P&L, including revenue growth, cost control, and overall profitability
- Lead end-to-end sales strategy and execution, including KPIs, conversion funnel (lead–trial–enrolment), and cash collection
- Build and drive a strong sales culture through coaching, training, and performance management across all centres
- Oversee & optimize promotional campaigns, pricing strategy, holiday programs, and lead generation initiatives
- Develop local partnerships (schools, communities, corporate) to expand market reach and increase revenue
- Own national expansion strategy: including market research, site selection, new centre setup, and launch execution
- Ensure operational excellence across all centres (CRM, enrolment flow, scheduling, parent communication, service quality)
- Develop and execute annual business plans (revenue targets, expansion, headcount, and budget)
- Monitor market trends and competitors to define strategic direction
Job Requirements:
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales and revenue targets, ideally in a multi-site or multi-team environment
- Proven experience in team building, coaching, and performance management
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is essential
- Entrepreneurial and highly self-driven — comfortable operating with autonomy and making decisions with limited oversight
- Strong strategic thinking paired with a hands-on, execution-first mindset
- Experience in centre or branch expansion, including site identification, pre-opening, and launch
- Comfortable working with CRM systems, sales dashboards, and operational data to drive decisions
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust across parents, partners, and teams
- Based in Indonesia or willing to relocate; ability to travel across Indonesian cities as needed
