Job Description:

- Ensure Compliance With Regulatory Requirements (e.g., FDA) And Industry Standards.
- Manage Budgets, Financial Forecasting, And Cost Control.
- Lead Product Development And Innovation Efforts.
- Create And Implement Sales And Marketing Strategies.
- Build And Maintain Customer Relationships On A Global Scale.
- Navigate International Expansion And Oversee Global Operations.
- Identify And Mitigate Business Risks.
- Recruit, Develop, And Manage A High-performing Team.
- Foster A Culture Of Innovation And Continuous Improvement.
- Maintain Stakeholder Relationships With Customers, Suppliers, Investors, And Government Agencies.
- Provide Strong Leadership And Strategic Direction.
Job Requirements:
- Extensive experience in the medical device industry for 10+ years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- International business experience is often preferred.
- Understanding of healthcare industry trends.
