- Report To GM HR
- Identify Future Hiring Needs
- Source Candidates Through Databases And Social Media
- Conduct Interviews
- File Paperwork
Job Requirements:
- 7+ years’ experience in end-to-end recruitment
- Experience in recruiting for the Mining or Construction Industry (could be either could be both).
- Has a standard database of recruitment knowledge and networks
