Job Description:
- Project Management Or Various CD Initiatives, Including Strategic Review Of The Industry Landscape In Indonesia
- Lead Key Project Execution In All Stages, Starting From Deal Sourcing, Market Analysis (market Research Business Case, Detailed Financial Analysis), Transaction Structuring, And Execution Of The Transaction (due Diligence, Negotiation)
- Support And Liaise With Key Internal Stakeholders In Company (BUs, Company BOD, Excom, And Other Corporate Functions) For Strategic Projects Including All Aspects Of Communication
- Liaise With External Stakeholders (Counterparty, Partner) And External Consultants On Project Execution
- Manage Day-to-day Operations And Mentoring Analysts Within CD
Job Requirements:
- Min 12 years working in M&A, Consulting, or PE environment
- Experience in leading and managing multiple workstreams and projects in M&A, Capital Market, and corporate finance (Restructuring)
- Strong financial skills (Financial Modeling, valuation, accounting)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications (Bahasa and English)
- Strong network in Indonesia (With local group/conglomerates, business owners, consultants, banks, PE Firms)
