Job Description:
- Support VP Legal In Providing
Strategic Legal Insight, Contracts Potential Risk Exposure And Mitigation Plans
Of Any Significant Contractual Matters.
- 1nd Tier Of Reviewer For
Supply And Demand Contracts.
- Supervise The Day To Day
Contract Operations (draft, Review, Negotiate, Liaise, And Close Contracts With
Client And Suppliers) To Ensure That Contracts Are Aligned With Corporate Goals
And Objectives.
- Provide Advice And Support In The Post-contracting Phase, Including But Not Limited To, Contract Interpretation Analysis and Enforcement, Risk Assessment And Mitigation, And Other Contract Management Matters.
- Problem Solve Contract Related Issues Raised By The Business, Project, Operation And/or Finance Team.
- Monitor Contractual
Engagements Process.
- Monitor The Admin And Record Process And Database For Safe Keeping And Record Purpose.
- Manage The Supply And Demands Contracts And Delegate To The Relevant Legal Specialist.
- Periodically Liaise With
Risk And Compliance Team For The Purpose Of Alignment With The Contract
Negotiation.
Job Requirements:
- A Law bachelor graduation
(S1), and Master graduation is an advantage
- Qualified lawyer or in-house
legal counsel in Indonesia with minimum 5 - 8 years' experience working in similar field.
- Experience dealing contracts in the area of Technology, Finance, Banking, and Telecommunications;
- Fluent in Bahasa and
English, both oral and writings
