Job Description:
- Develop and implement content strategies that align with brand objectives and target audiences.
- Oversee the end-to-end content creation process, including brainstorming, planning, editing, and publishing.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, tone, and quality standards.
- Analyze content performance using analytics tools to assess engagement and impact.
- Manage project timelines, workflows, and resources to deliver content on schedule and within budget.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging content formats.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Creative Arts, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in content creation, marketing, or a related role, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial capacity.
- Strong understanding of digital content platforms, including social media, blogs, video, etc.
- Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- A creative mindset with an eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
