Job Description:
- Establish Yearly Program Calendar That Comprises Of All
Programmes Including But Not Limited Classes, Teambuilding Programmes, Holiday
Camps.
- Responsible For Delivering The Programmes Using Appropriate Teaching And Learning Methods.
- Effective Project Management And Review Of Programmes.
- Ensure Consistency And A Structured Environment During The Execution Of The Programmes.
- Main Liaison Between Vendors And Internal Teams Leading Up To Event Day.
- Conduct Pre And Post Event Evaluations And Report On Outcomes; Take Initiatives To Implement Improvement Plans.
- Responsible For Programmes Profit And Loss.
- Ability To Inspire And Motivate The Team. Coach And Develop The Potential Of Others In Functions Related To The Company's Parks Programmes.
- Establish Creative Ideas And Generate Program’s Objective.
Job Requirements:
- Min 3 years’ experience in outdoor camps/team building/sports coaching fields
- Experienced in managing external vendors, project management and general admin duties.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with different complexity simultaneously.
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Good presentation skills
- Flexible, self–starter, dynamic
- Ability to work in a high paced environment.
