Job Description:
- Follow Up On All Open Issues/impact Evaluation
For The Project, The Interface Among Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement,
And Site Construction
- Initiating/overseeing The Potential Hazards At
The Project For The Erection And Commissioning
- Liaise With Customers Creating Suitable
Approaches To Deliver The Project Packages In Line With The Time And Budget,
Achieving The Project Goals/client Satisfaction
- Analysis Of The Contractor’s Construction
Schedule And Monthly Progress, Close Stakeholders’ Communication, And
Monitoring Of The Key Target Achievement
- Conduct Weekly Meetings To Coordinate The Work, Issue Progress Reports, And Construct Overall Progress Reports Completions Strategies.
- Leading The Construction Team, Dealing With
Challenging Site Situations, And Coordinating With The Contract Manager, HSE
Manager, Planning Manager, And QC Manager All The Time
Job Requirements:
- Education: Minimum Bachelor Degree in Civil
Engineering or related major
- Language: Fluent in writing and verbal English
and Indonesian
- Experience: 15 years of General Experience
- Similar Works Experience：10 years or above, with at least 1 (one)
commissioned and operating Geothermal Power Plant
