Job Description:
- The Construction Director Is Responsible For
Overseeing The Management Of 200 Projects Within The Organization
- They Lead A Team Of Professionals, Including Construction Site Monitoring Consultants, Assistant Construction Site Supervisors, Specialized Electrical And Plumbing Assistants, Construction Site Supervisors, Finishing Controllers, A Finishing Team Manager, A Team For Prioritized Issue Resolution, And A Renovation Team
- The Construction Director Ensures The Successful Execution Of Projects, Adherence To Quality Standards, And Efficient Utilization Of Resources
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in
construction management, civil engineering, or a related field
- Language: Fluent in English
- Experience: 8+ years of extensive experience in
construction project management, overseeing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the
ability to effectively lead and motivate a diverse team
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes,
techniques, and regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making
abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to
effectively collaborate with stakeholders
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines,
and adapt to changing project requirements
- Proficiency in project management software and
tools
- Financial acumen for budgeting, cost control, and
resource allocation.
- Knowledge of quality control and assurance
processes
- Experience in renovation projects is advantageous
- Have Driving License SIM A/SIM C
