Job Description:
- Manage compensation structures, salary benchmarking, and employee benefits programs.
- Conduct market salary analysis to ensure competitive and fair compensation practices.
- Support annual salary reviews, bonus planning, and incentive programs.
- Ensure payroll and benefits comply with UAE labor regulations and company policies.
- Prepare compensation reports and HR insights to support business decisions.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of UAE payroll practices and labor regulations.
- High attention to detail, confidentiality, and excellent organizational skills.
