Job Description:
- Develop And Execute Sales Strategies To Achieve Revenue Targets
- Manage And Motivate The Sales Team To Achieve Individual And Team Goals
- Identify New Market Opportunities And Develop Plans To Capture Them
- Establish And Maintain Strong Relationships With Customers And Key Stakeholders
- Analyze Sales Data To Identify Trends And Opportunities For Growth
- Work With Product Development Teams To Develop And Improve The Product Line
- Collaborate With Marketing Teams To Develop And Implement Effective Marketing Campaigns
- Monitor Competitor Activity And Adjust Sales Strategies As Necessary
- Provide Regular Reports And Updates To Senior Management On Sales Performance, Market Trends, And Opportunities
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in sales or business development in the technology industry
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to develop effective sales strategies
- Experience in managing and motivating sales teams
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Knowledge of laptops and related technologies
